We watch your system, so you don’t have to.
Visits are timed to pool opening and closing, when the backyard comes back to life and when it shuts down for winter. Each visit covers the trip charge and first hour, and tunes up outdoor audio, landscape lighting, outdoor cameras and backyard Wi-Fi. Visits reset on your enrollment anniversary.
No plan, or need more than what’s included? Remote support is $25 per 15 minutes. On-site service is a $225 trip charge that includes the first hour, then $165/hr. Emergency service (nights & weekends) is $250/hr on every tier.
Enrollment. A one-time $149 enrollment fee applies to new Select, Preferred and Premiere members, and is waived when you enroll with a new installation. Pay monthly, or prepay a year for the price of 10 months.
Who answers. Phone, email, chat and monitoring support (by tier) is delivered by Parasol, IHD’s national support partner, under the IHD name. Essentials is supported directly by IHD, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.
Monitoring means system health. We watch whether devices are online, cameras are recording and storage is working. No one watches your cameras.
A 15–20 minute look at your Wi-Fi, network and connected systems, usually done remotely. You get a plain summary of what’s working, what’s aging out and what we’d fix first. No cost, no obligation.
